You can check coverage where you live using a mobile network coverage checker. Simply enter your postcode into a map and it will tell you how good EE's signal is in your area, as well as comparing it with the other providers.
EE offers a range of plans, including Sim-only options and those with a supplied handset.
Families can also make use of EE's shared plans, which allow them to add up to five different devices to one inclusive plan. This also comes with a discount of up to 20%.
EE offers a range of incentives (although customers we surveyed told us they were unimpressed by what was on offer). If you take out a Full Works or Smart plan for phone or Sim, you can access one of a range of Smart Benefits. These include:
Meanwhile, pay-as-you-go (PAYG) customers can top up their phones and then use the credit to buy the most appropriate pack with its inclusive allowance of minutes, texts or data. EE adds a new pack automatically every seven or 30 days, and takes the cost from your credit. It also offers free data boosts every three months if you continue to buy its PAYG packs.

Yes. New and existing customers who stated a contract after 10 April 2024 will face an annual increase of £1.50 a month to Sim-only contracts, and £4 a month to bundled contracts (where the cost of the phone and Sim-only isn't separated).
Contracts that started before 10 April 2024 will see inflation-based annual increases. EE uses the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation, plus 3.9%. It uses the December CPI rate published in January. For December 2024, the CPI rate was 2.5%.
This means that legacy customers will see a price increase of 6.4%.
