Signing up 

We offer a range of products, services, and advice to help you with life's big decisions and you can sign up for our subscriptions online here. If you would like support choosing a subscription get in touch. 

Cancelling 

  • Log into My Account and follow the steps in the cancellation section.
  • Start a conversation with us. If a member of the team is available, you’ll see ‘chat with an adviser’ on the bottom right of the page.
  • Call our member services team on 029 2267 0000. Opening hours are 8.30 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

Gifting 

We're currently making some updates to our gift subscription options, so they’re temporarily unavailable.In the meantime, you can still purchase a subscription for yourself — whether you’re interested in Full Access, Digital, Which? Magazine, or one of our specialist subscriptions: Money, Gardening, Tech Support, or Travel.

Newsletters

Subscribe to a range of Which? newsletters with or without a membership here and easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of your email. If you would like support managing your newsletters or marketing permissions, get in touch.
